I am heading off to New Orleans this week for the Society of Wine Educators annual conference. This will  be a week of wine tasting .. seminars.. more wine tasting.. amazing food and more wine. Doesn't sound bad does it? I haven't been to New Orleans in years and it's always been in the winter so this is something I am really looking forward to. The Wine Goddess of nj.com and I will be there together. Is that trouble?Probably. You will definitely hear all about it when we return.

So, why the worry? Well, even though I'll be having fun all week I will be taking a the certified specialist in wine exam which isn't being given until the end of the trip. Is that fair? Maybe it will be better. I'll be happy and relaxed. |

In the meantime, have fun this Memorial Day weekend.
